I’ve been looking into SaaS solutions lately and was curious about other people’s experiences.

For a growing business, is it better to use ready-made software or build something custom around your own workflow? Off-the-shelf tools are obviously easier to start with, but they can become limiting when you need specific features or integrations.

Has anyone here gone with a custom SaaS solution? Was it worth the investment, or would you recommend sticking with existing tools?
