Hi everyone, I’m kinda in the middle of choosing a dissertation topic for my law degree, and I’m leaning hard towards contract law. I want the topic to feel academically solid but also, yknow, connected to what’s happening in the law right now. But honestly, I’m finding it a bit overwhelming to narrow it down. like there are too many directions. Would anyone suggest some interesting or unique contract law dissertation topics that could work well for academic research. I’m really drawn to things like modern commercial practices, digital contracts, or that wave of recent case law trends. Any guidance, or maybe a couple of example angles, would be really appreciated.
