When issuing an RFQ for mobile HMI panels, don’t compare quotations without normalized specs (I/O range, mounting, interfaces), stated lead time, and approved alternates. Require clear order requirements and line-item spare parts numbers; avoid “equivalent” assumptions. Review supplier evaluation criteria before purchase and verify details via mobile HMI panels procurement.
