Avoid common RFQ mistakes: incomplete interface/fit notes, mixing incompatible display options, and comparing quotes without total landed cost (shipping, spares, lead times). When sourcing industrial display hardware, standardize order requirements and document spare-part interchangeability before ordering; review industrial display hardware options for alignment.
