I’m currently comparing childcare options downtown and trying to figure out what makes a childcare service genuinely reliable and professional.

Obviously, safety and supervision are priorities, but I’m also interested in the quality of activities, communication with parents, cleanliness, daily routines, and how staff interact with children. I’d prefer a place where children can learn and socialize while being cared for in a welcoming environment.

During my research, I found an option offering professional childcare services downtown.

For parents who have already gone through the process of choosing childcare, what questions did you ask before enrolling your child? Are there any things you wish you had checked during your first visit?
