Hi everyone, I hope this is the right place to ask. A friend of mine recently started working at a Sainsbury's store here in the UK and was given access to the MySainsburys employee portal. She asked me to help her figure it out, and I thought I'd share what we learned in case it helps anyone else.



The portal is basically the one-stop shop for staff. You can check your weekly rota, view and download your payslips, and update your personal details. For logging in, she uses theMySainsburys login page with her employee number and password, and it worked fine once she had set up her account properly.



One thing that tripped us up at first: the rota view only shows the current and next week, so if you need an older payslip, go straight to the payslip section rather than digging through the rota. Also, if the login page ever hangs, try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers - that fixed it for her.



Does anyone else here use the portal regularly? Any tips for new starters would be great to hear.
