Having been through a major renovation project of my own within the last six months, there are a number of lessons which I think would have helped me out had I known before embarking on such an endeavor. Things such as ensuring you put everything in writing, being aware of any contingency fees and making sure that I did not underestimate the time needed for planning permission were crucial. It would be great to hear from other people what lessons they've learned from their experience working withBristol builders.
